Mamelodi Sundowns defender Wayne Arendse has finally put pen to paper on a new deal at the club following months of negotiations.
The club announced earlier this month that Anthony Laffor and Denis Onyango both penned new deals at the club. Laffor was in the final five months of his contract with Masandawana and has since extended his stay beyond the current 2016/17 season.
However, some of the club’s influential players such as Wayne Arendse, were still in talks about their immediate future at the club.
As revealed on Soccer Laduma previously, Arendse was in the final five months of his contract when the player’s camp revealed that negotiations about a new deal were in the advanced stages.
Now, the Siya crew can confirm that Arendse has finally put pen to paper on a contract, ending all speculation about a possible move away from the CAF Champions League winners.
