Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish says he is “very confident” that Ivory Coast winger Wilfried Zaha will stay at the club.
Zaha has attracted interest from the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City, who are hoping to sign the player regardless of whether the Eagles remain in the Premier League or suffer relegation.
Yet Parish claims that Zaha is fully focused on helping Palace stay in the top flight and is confident the Elephants attacker will remain at Selhurst Park.
« It will be really hard for him to go in the summer, really difficult, » Parish told Sky Sports News HQ.
« We’re confident [he will stay]. Wilfred is focused on the end of the season and keeping us in the division.
“He’s been here since he was very young. We’ll sit down at the end of the season and I’m very confident we can keep him. »
